Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 513 is a trim collar for the spot where a central vacuum pipe passes through a wall.

Cutting a wall for pipe rarely leaves a clean, pipe-sized hole, especially on a retrofit job in a finished house where the opening has to be made a little generous to fit the pipe and any fittings through. This collar fits around the pipe at that opening and covers the rough edge of the cut, giving the penetration a finished look without patching and repainting the drywall.

No specific pipe diameter is published for this collar, so confirm it fits your central vacuum pipe's outer diameter before ordering.

Treat this collar as a trim piece rather than a fire stop or an air seal. If your penetration has to be sealed for either of those reasons, have that sealing done as its own step, and to the standard your inspector expects, before the collar goes on over it.
