Returns & Exchanges

Two things set this shell apart from a plain white one: the FELIX print across the top, and the number itself, 2331WESE. Underneath, it is the same ET-1 cover closing the nozzle over its drive side, with the same clip points and the same screw bosses.

Cracks in a cover almost always begin at a mounting point and spread from there, so it pays to catch one early rather than wait for the shell to work loose in use. A cover that no longer sits down tight lets the head flex, and that flex passes straight into the belt path underneath, which is how a cosmetic split turns into a drive complaint. SEBO draws this part at position 135 in the FELIX diagram, and the swap is a screwdriver job once the head is open. While it is apart, the belt and the bristle strip are both worth a look, because access to either is awkward once everything is closed up again.
