Position 100 on SEBO's combined AUTOMATIC X7/X8 parts diagram is the complete power head cover in white and silver, and 52126WEAM is that shell for the AUTOMATIC X7 Premium. It is the top moulding of the head. The exhaust filter cover is not part of it and stays with your machine.

White shows every scuff, so this one gets ordered as much for appearance as for damage. Structurally it is still doing real work: closing the head against carpet grit, keeping the assembly rigid when you lean on the handle, and taking the knocks that would otherwise reach the gearing underneath. A cover that has cracked or lost a clip stops doing all three, and the drive is the part that pays for it. Replacing the shell is an outer panel job — the belt, roller and bearings stay exactly where they are.

If the exhaust filter cover on your machine is scratched or broken as well, the white version is 52029WE, and the matching white right-hand brush roller release button is 52034WE. SEBO moulds the same shell in other finishes for the AUTOMATIC X7 Premium: pastel blue 52126CIAM, pastel mint 52126CMAM, pastel pink 52126CZAM and graphite 52126GSAM. The exhaust microfilter that sits behind the cover is 52039RV.

One practical note on a white shell: not every mark on it is permanent. Scuffing transferred from skirting boards and furniture legs often lifts with a damp cloth, while a mark that has been ground into the surface will not, and neither will a hairline crack that has begun to collect dirt along its length. It is worth trying the cloth before ordering, and worth ordering promptly once a crack appears, since the head is only sealed against grit while the moulding is intact.
