The PFX3S is a self-contained walk-behind extractor, so on its own it cleans only what passes beneath the head. This kit taps the machine's existing solution and recovery lines into a smaller hand tool, which is what brings sofa cushions, stair treads, car interiors and the edges along a wall within reach without a second machine or a second trip to the van.
It is matched to the PFX3S specifically. Powr-Flite lists separate kits for its larger extractors, cataloged apart because the connections differ, so confirm which machine you are running before ordering rather than assuming a shared fit across the range.
