SEBO 120V Circuit Board for DART Without Variable Suction Control

SEBO built the DART in more than one electrical configuration, and the boards do not interchange between them. 7102ER covers the 120V board fitted where no variable suction control was specified, which is to say the DART that switches on and off and has no dial or slider for varying suction. Reading the machine before ordering saves a return: if there is an adjustment for suction on your upright, this is not its board.

There is a second board on a DART, and confusing the two is the usual mistake. The one in the body handles the machine's power circuit and is the part listed here. The one in the floor head is 2684ER, a 175W controller for the ET-1 brush motor, which SEBO shows at item 131 of the DART drawing. A power head that has gone dead while the suction motor still runs points at that board rather than this one.

Work through the simple parts of the circuit first. The supply cord for these uprights is 7127DG, the internal wiring set is 7064, which the DART drawing lists at item 2, and the two-pole rocker switch at item 32 is 05138. Any of the three will produce a dead machine, and all three are cheaper to eliminate than a board is to fit.
