Part 101928WO is a 90 degree swivel fitting built for ProTeam vacuums, carrying a 1-1/2 inch opening at both ends. Positioned where the wand meets the hose cuff, it lets that connection rotate freely as the operator works instead of the whole hose twisting up behind them over a cleaning route.
The swivel joint is where these fittings eventually crack, and a compromised seal follows right behind the crack itself. What gives it away is inconsistent suction tied directly to hose position, pulling hard in one orientation and going weak the moment the hose swings to another angle. That symptom fools plenty of people into buying a new hose when a hidden fracture under the swivel collar, easy to miss without a close look, was the actual problem all along.
