The pump is what moves clean water through the HiZero F100 Bionic Mop and keeps the roller wetted while you work. This is the replacement, part M32F1-00101.
You notice a failing pump on the floor rather than in the machine. The roller comes out drier than it should, the first pass leaves streaks instead of a wet trail, and the clean tank barely drops over a whole room. Some pumps get noisy before they quit, with a buzz or a rattle from the body that was not there when the machine was new.
Before replacing it, make sure the tank is seated properly and the water path is not blocked, because a starved pump behaves much like a failed one. If the pump itself is the fault, this is the direct replacement for the F100. Unplug the machine and empty both tanks before opening it up.
