This flange plate screw (Part #H378B) is a replacement screw that fastens the flange plate on the Rainbow D3 vacuum. It replaces Rainbow part R-747 and holds the plate firmly against its mating surface.
A stripped or missing screw lets the flange plate loosen, which can open air leaks that compromise suction. Keeping these screws tight is basic maintenance that pays off in consistent performance, and a fresh screw restores a secure, leak-free joint.
