Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the cord that carries power between the wand and the power nozzle on Rainbow PN2 units built for the E and E2 series, ordered as part R7199. It carries power from the wand connection down to the power nozzle's motor through the two terminals this cord is fitted with.
A cord that has cracked, frayed, or lost a connection at either terminal produces exactly the kind of intermittent fault that is hard to chase down: the nozzle cuts in and out as the wand is moved, or stops working entirely while the vacuum's main motor keeps running fine. Because the cord flexes every time the wand pivots during normal use, that is where wear shows up first, well before the connectors at either end show any visible damage. A cord that has been pinched under the machine or wound too tightly for storage develops that kind of internal wear faster than ordinary use would cause on its own.
