This is the Style 21 flat belt for Royal Eminence upright vacuums, sold as a 2-pack, part 1PD0034600. The part record for this belt also lists it as the Style 14 version used on the RY7200, RY7300 and RY7400 uprights, so the same belt spans both style numbers across that range of Royal machines.
It fits the Royal RY9700 and RY9750 Eminence uprights, and the RY7200, RY7300 and RY7400 uprights that use the shared Style 14/21 belt.
A flat belt slips before it snaps, and on these metal Royal uprights that shows up as a brush roll spinning noticeably slower than the motor's pitch, or a strip of carpet left untouched down the center of a pass. Keep the second belt with the machine rather than loose in a drawer, so the replacement is already to hand the first time the brush roll starts dragging instead of after a hunt for one.
