Dust drawn through a machine brings its own shut-in smell with it, and the FRESH stick is SEBO's answer. Part 0496AM is a pack of five in Orangina Sun, a citrus fragrance that is picked up by the moving air and carried out with the exhaust instead of the stale note the dust would otherwise leave behind.

One stick goes in the bag compartment or the scent slot and gives up fragrance slowly over a run of cleaning sessions. Nothing has to be opened up, wired in or measured out — the stick sits in the airstream and works whenever the machine is running. When the smell thins, that stick is spent and the next one goes in, which is the only maintenance involved.

Five sticks is the small pack, suited to trying a scent or keeping one machine going. The same citrus comes as a counter display of 24 packs under 0496. For a different note, the eight-stick boxes are 4290C for orange blossom, 4291C for pink roses and 4292C for English garden, and 4293T is the tri-pack of 36 boxes with 12 of each of those three.
