SEBO Brush Roller Cover for X2 and X5 Uprights - Grey and White

Cracked or missing, the panel over the brush roller stops doing three jobs at once: enclosing the spinning brushstrip, steering debris toward the nozzle throat, and shielding the belt from anything on the carpet that could snag it. Part 5249GW is the grey and white cover that replaces that panel on SEBO X2 and X5 uprights.

Because the cover forms part of the air path rather than merely sitting over it, damage there is not only cosmetic. A break in it opens the enclosure, and the lost seal around the roller shows up as a rattle underfoot and pickup that has quietly gone off with no obvious cause. The belt is the other casualty. With the enclosure open on one side, threads and hair that would have been kept clear find their way onto the belt and start wrapping, and a belt carrying a wrap of thread runs hot, tracks badly and eventually takes the bearing blocks with it.

This replacement is moulded on the original tooling, so the mounting points line up and the underside of the machine closes back to a flush, finished surface. That flatness matters for more than appearance: an underside that sits proud anywhere changes how the nozzle meets the floor and how well it seals against carpet.
