Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Heat cycling and vibration work terminals loose over the years, and a loose terminal runs hot, which chars the block around it and raises resistance further still. That cycle only travels in one direction. Once a block shows heat damage it gets replaced rather than retightened, because the plastic around the screw has already lost the grip it needs to hold torque.
