This harness kit, Titan part 17-7840-00, replaces the whole carrying system on the T750 backpack vacuum: shoulder straps and waist band together rather than one piece at a time.
On a backpack machine the harness is not an accessory, it is what makes an eight-hour shift possible. The waist band puts most of the weight onto the hips instead of the shoulders, and the padding is what stops the frame digging in. Once the foam has compressed flat, the stitching has frayed or a buckle has given up, the machine goes from comfortable to punishing, and a perfectly good vacuum ends up sitting in a closet because nobody wants to wear it.
Replacing the harness as a set keeps the adjustment balanced; an old belt with new straps rarely sits right.
