This OEM Titan nozzle cover (Part #591019109) replaces the cracked or worn nozzle housing on the Titan T8000 bagless canister vacuum. The cover encloses the nozzle, holds the internal parts in alignment, and keeps the airflow path sealed.
Even a small crack in the housing bleeds off suction and can let the brush roll drift out of position, which shows up as poor pickup and unusual vibration. A broken cover also leaves internal components exposed to grit. Fitting a sound replacement restores the seal and proper alignment for steady cleaning.
