Tornado's M 20 Dual Speed Floor Machine, part 98484, combines a metal housing with a dual-capacitor 1.5 HP motor, so the same base handles lower-speed stripping and scrub work as well as ultra high-speed polishing. The wider deck covers noticeably more ground in a single sweep than the 17 in. version, which counts on long corridors and open retail floors. Tornado rates it at 175 RPM for stripping and 320 RPM for polishing.

Pads and brushes are matched to the deck, not the housing, so verify that anything you buy is rated for a 20 in. machine rather than the narrower one.
