The collection drum for Tornado Jumbo Vac drum-mounted vacuum heads: a 55-gallon steel container built in the open-head style, so the lid lifts away completely and a vac head can clamp down over the full opening. Part 95944 is the tank on its own, without a vac head, dolly or filter media.

Open-head construction is what makes a drum vac practical on a work site. With the top off, recovered liquid or debris can be tipped, scooped or hosed out instead of being drained through a small bung, and the inside of the tank can actually be cleaned.
