A crew starting without accessories needs more than a tank and a pump. Part 98822 is the Pro 500 supplied kitted, so the wand, hand tool and 33 ft Insider hose come in the same delivery as the 13 gallon upright itself.
There is no heater in this build, which keeps it to a single 25 ft cord rather than the two the Perfect Heat version needs. For routine maintenance cleaning and general restorative work that is usually the easier machine to place, because one circuit is far simpler to find at a customer site than two.
The recycling system does the work a heater does not. Filtered recovery water goes back into the solution tank instead of to waste, stretching a 13 gallon fill across more floor, and the pump runs to 500 p.s.i. behind a gauge mounted at the front where the operator can read it mid-pass. A brushed AC vacuum motor rated at 150 inches of waterlift and 101 CFM handles pickup.
At 124 lbs on 12 in. rear wheels, with a wheeled handle for loading and a hinged tank for filter access, it stays a one-person machine to move and service. Tornado covers parts on this range for four years and the roto-molded body for ten.
