The backpack vacuum harness with strap, part X9658, is a replacement carrying harness for Carpet Pro, Sanitaire, and Powr-Flite backpack vacuums. The harness is what makes a backpack vacuum tolerable for a full shift, and once the padding frays, the webbing tears, or a buckle fails, you end up fighting the machine's weight instead of cleaning with it.
This complete harness and strap set distributes the load evenly across the shoulders and back the way the original did, which matters most for commercial crews wearing a backpack vacuum for hours at a stretch.
