Product details
Dirty tank cover for the Bissell CrossWave 2306, part 1614240. It closes the recovery tank and carries the seals that keep used water and debris inside while the machine is running and while it is being carried to the sink.
When those seals harden or the cover itself distorts, the tank stops sealing. Dirty water weeps down the outside of the machine, recovery drops off because the tank can no longer hold vacuum, and the residue that collects behind a poor seal is where the smell starts.
It fits the CrossWave 2303, 2305, 2305K, 2306, 23062, 23068, 2306A and 2328. Rinse the seals when you empty the tank and let the cover dry off the machine rather than clipping it back on wet.
