Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Down at the power head of a SEBO 300 Mechanical or 350 Mechanical, a light gray cover caps off the brush strip and keeps the end of the roller assembly closed and tidy. Part 50352HG is that cover, ordered singly and in the same light gray SEBO uses across the head trim on these two machines.
It is a low, exposed piece of plastic that meets every chair leg, baseboard and stair nosing the vacuum is pushed against, which is why cracked corners and snapped-off tabs are so common on older units. Once it is loose or gone, the end of the strip is left open to knocks and the underside of the head stops sitting flush on the floor. A cover that rattles at every change of direction is telling you the tabs have already let go, even if the plastic looks intact from above. Fitting a fresh one puts the edge back, silences the rattle and stops the assembly working itself looser each time the machine is used.
A brush strip cover is usually replaced during a roller service rather than on its own, so it is worth having the rest of the head in mind at the same time. The brush roller itself is 50470ER on the 300 Mechanical and 50471ER on the 350 Mechanical, and the roller ends run in bearing blocks 50355HG on the left and 50356HG on the right. Drive comes from belt 5110.
