This on-board attachment hose, part CMQD-HOSE, fits the Carpet Pro CMP3QD, CPU1QD, and CPU3QD; the Titan T4000, T4000.2, TC6000, and TC6000.2; the Fuller Brush FBMMPW, FBMMPWCF4, FBP14PW, and FBP_14PWBP; and the Clean Max CMPSQD.
This hose supplies suction to whatever above-floor tool is attached, whether that is a crevice nozzle, an upholstery brush, or another hand attachment. A hose that has cracked, kinked permanently, or worked loose at either cuff lets suction bleed away before it ever gets to the tool, so stair and furniture cleaning suffers even though the machine still handles carpet normally.
Because this hose sees less handling than a nozzle hose, it often lasts years before anyone thinks to check it, so give it a quick flex and a look at both cuffs the next time you notice weak suction at an attachment.
