Light gray is the shade SEBO puts on the ESSENTIAL G machines and the 300 and 350, and 1092JE is the crevice nozzle moulded to match them. What it does is no different from the darker versions: a long tapered snout narrows the airflow to a slot for edges, seams and gaps.
Reach for it along skirting boards, down the sides of seat cushions, into heating vents, along window runners and around a car footwell — the places a floor head is the wrong shape for and a dusting brush is too soft to help with. The taper accelerates the air, so what has packed itself into a corner is pulled out rather than pushed further in.
It is also the tool that keeps a machine's own tidiness intact. SEBO builds onboard storage for the crevice nozzle, and a missing one leaves a slot that stays empty and a job that quietly stops being done. Matching the light gray moulding to a light gray machine is a small thing, but it is the reason SEBO catalogues the same nozzle in three colours rather than one.

If the original has split at the tip, gone missing from the onboard clip, or come out of the machine second-hand without its tools, this is the direct replacement rather than an approximation. Colour is the only variable across the standard SEBO crevice nozzles: 1092GS is the gray black one, 1092SW the black, and 1093JV the 24-inch long-reach version with a 38mm sleeve for anything deeper than this one will follow.
