Cable clamps for the Sanitaire SC-888 and related commercial uprights, part 53160, five to a pack. Each clamp anchors the power cord or an internal harness to the frame, holding the wiring on its routed path and away from the fan and the brush roll.
A clamp that has snapped lets the cable wander. Inside the machine that means insulation rubbing against a moving part; outside it means a cord that hangs where it can be caught or run over. Either way the damage happens quietly and is only found once the machine starts cutting out.
These fit the Eureka and Sanitaire SC877D, SC877E, SC886G, SC887D, SC887E and SC888G. Route the cable clear of anything that moves before clamping it down.
