Cloth bag only for the Sanitaire 887A dirt-cup machines, part 5442210 — the outer bag on its own, without the frame or fittings that come with a full assembly.
The cloth outer is a filter in its own right, and it wears in ways that are easy to miss. Fine dust embeds in the weave until airflow through it drops, seams open at the corners and leak grit down the back of the machine, and the fabric goes stiff and grey. Any of those cost you suction, and none of them are fixed by changing what is inside.
It fits the Eureka and Sanitaire SC689A, SC877D, SC877E, SC887D, SC887E and SC888G. Check that your existing fittings can be reused, since this is the bag alone.
