Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Sanitaire 5843 dirt cup cartridge filter, also known as DCF3, is a genuine OEM filter for the Eureka SC5845D and Sanitaire SC5845D. It also carries part number 20-2319-03 and seats inside the dirt cup to trap fine dust before the air reaches the motor and exhaust.

As the pleats load with debris, suction fades and unfiltered particles can recirculate into the room. Installing a clean cartridge restores full airflow and returns the machine to clean, filtered exhaust.
