This replacement E-clip (Part #A732-2900) works in the rug and floor height-selector mechanism on Titan and Riccar uprights. The small clip retains a shaft or pin so the height selector stays engaged and adjusts cleanly between carpet and bare-floor settings.
E-clips can pop off or corrode, and a missing one lets the selector shaft drift so the height adjustment slips or stops working. Without it the machine may sit at the wrong height for the surface. Fitting the correct E-clip restores secure, dependable height selection.
