Part CM011007 is the complete nozzle bottom plate and latch set for the Fuller Brush PB-P14PW. The same plate spans a wider group of related machines: the Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD, CMP3T, CPU3QD, CPU4N and CPU4T, the Titan T4000.2, TC6000 and TC6000.2, and the Clean Max CMPSQD.
This plate turns the open bottom of the nozzle into a closed channel, and it is the surface that scrapes across a threshold or a door track every time the machine crosses one. Once a corner cracks or an edge warps, outside air sneaks in at the sides and the suction meant for the carpet gets weakened before it ever lifts anything.
These latches are what let the nozzle open at all, whether you are swapping a worn belt or pulling hair free of the roller, so latches that will not stay shut are worth replacing on their own even when the plate itself still looks sound. Check that the new latches snap fully home on both sides before you put the machine back into service.
