Product details
The HiZero Bionic Mop F803 tracks the state of its dirty water tank with a sensor, and this is the replacement, part 3400001501, stocked as H3400001501. It is what the machine relies on to know when the recovery tank needs emptying.
When the sensor fails, the fault looks like a machine problem rather than a part problem. The F803 may refuse to run with an empty tank fitted, report full when it plainly is not, or keep going until dirty water backs up. Most people clean the tank and reseat it two or three times, find nothing wrong with either, and only then start looking at the sensor.
Wipe the contacts and the seat clean when you fit the new one, because residue on the sensor face produces the same false readings as a dead sensor. Unplug the machine before opening it, and confirm you have an F803 before ordering.
