This OEM Hoover brush roll assembly fits Hoover WindTunnel-2 uprights, including models U5180, U5185, U8347, U8351900, U8361900, and U8371. The spinning roll agitates carpet to lift embedded dirt, pet hair, and dust from deep in the fibers.
Bristles flatten and wear with use, and a roll with bent or uneven bristles leaves visible debris behind on the carpet. Worn end bearings can also add noise and drag. A fresh, balanced brush roll restores aggressive agitation and smooth rotation.
