Part 161793 is the headlight frame bracket for the Kirby Generation 4 and the Generation-series machines around it. The bracket carries the headlight frame at the nose of the vacuum and locates it against the housing.
Because it sits at the very front, it is the piece that takes the impact when the machine meets a skirting board or a chair leg at speed, and old plastic does the rest. A failed bracket shows up as a headlight that hangs low, points off to one side, or buzzes against the housing as the motor runs.
It fits the Kirby G4 along with the Generation 3, G5, G6, Sentria and Diamond Edition. The mounting holes match the originals, so the frame returns to its designed position without adjustment. Confirm your model on the nameplate before ordering.
