Small part, big job: this rubber cuff seals the hose connection at the machine inlet on the Maytag M1200 upright. When the original hardens, splits, or goes missing, air hisses in around the joint and the vacuum loses suction at the tool end — a leak most people chase everywhere except this little connector. Pressing a fresh cuff into place closes the gap and puts the full airflow back through the hose where it belongs. Part #B455-0214B.
