Restore effective water filtration with this genuine OEM replacement separator for your Rainbow E2 Type 12 vacuum. The separator spins water inside the basin to trap dirt and debris, which is central to the Rainbow cleaning system.
This shallow-height separator fits only the E2 two-speed model with serial numbers 1000000 to 1500000. Important: this does not fit one-speed models with a brass nut. If your separator has a plastic nut, this is the correct part. Order the R12483 nut separately if needed. Replaces part #R12103.
