Part B010-1731 is the 66 mm rear wheel with an overmolded rubber tread used on Riccar and Simplicity uprights in the 4000, 6000 and 7000 families, including the Vibrance and Symmetry lines.
Overmolding bonds the rubber tread directly to the plastic hub instead of relying on a pressed-on tyre, which is why these wheels stay quiet on hard floors and do not shed their outer ring the way a two-piece wheel eventually does. When one starts to squeal, wobble or leave marks on a finished floor, the tread has gone hard and the wheel is due.
