SEBO Control Board for ET-H Power Nozzle

Electronics rather than mechanics: part 2791AM is the printed circuit board fitted inside SEBO's ET-H power nozzle, where it governs brush motor operation along with the onboard indicator and protection functions.

It is the component that decides what the head does rather than the one that does it. Power arrives, the board reads the switching and the state of the motor, and it either runs the roller or shuts it down and reports the fact through the indicator. That makes it the last thing to suspect and the hardest to test from outside.

Board faults present as intermittent behaviour rather than a clean failure. The roller cuts out and comes back for no obvious reason, the head refuses to start although the wand connection tests fine, or the indicator no longer reflects what the roller is actually doing. Heat and vibration make it worse, so a fault that appears ten minutes into a clean and clears after the machine has stood overnight fits the pattern.

Handle it by the edges and keep it dry. There is nothing to set up on arrival, so the work is disconnecting the old board, noting where each lead went, and returning the new one to the same orientation in the same mountings.

Test the cord and the switch first, so a good board is not fitted to a wiring fault — the spring bracket and switch assembly for this head is 2764UL, and the brush motor is 2730. Where the wiring, the switch and the motor all check out, the board is the next item to change. This is mains-connected work best left to a qualified technician.
