SEBO Support Lever Spring f...

Product details
Support springs lose tension quietly, long before anything visibly breaks. Part 5107-1 is the spring that loads the support lever on SEBO uprights, listed as the support spring at position 145 on the AUTOMATIC X4/X5 parts drawing.
The support lever is what holds the machine at its parked angle and lets it drop into the cleaning position when you want it to. The spring supplies the return. Once it weakens or snaps, the lever stops coming back cleanly, the upright no longer holds position the way it did when new, and the pedal action develops a dead spot that gets worse rather than better. It is an inexpensive item sitting in an awkward place, which is why most technicians renew it as a matter of course whenever the lever assembly is apart rather than going back in a second time.
- Part number: 5107-1, support lever spring
- Diagram position: 145 on the AUTOMATIC X4/X5 drawing, listed as the support spring
- Fits: SEBO AUTOMATIC X1, X2, X4, X4 Boost, X5, X7 Premium, X7 Pet and X8; ESSENTIAL G1, G2, G4 and G5; 300 MECHANICAL and 350 MECHANICAL
- Symptoms: a lever that no longer returns, an upright that will not stay parked, or a slack, uncertain pedal
- Sold as: a single spring
The lever the spring works against is a separate order and depends on the machine family: 5129 covers the earlier X and G uprights, 52021ER the X7 and X8, and 50129 the ESSENTIAL G4 and G5. This SEBO support spring replacement is one of the parts that tends to be bought alongside other drive work, since the same strip-down reaches the toothed belt 5110 and the motor-to-sensor belt 5463. Genuine SEBO spare, authorized dealer stock, shipping in 2-5 business days.
