Power reaching the machine intermittently — cutting out as the cord is flexed near the body — points straight at the mains cable. SKU 6369G2 is SEBO's gray-black replacement for the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium, AIRBELT K3 Premium and the C3.1.

Damage usually starts where the cord bends most, at the strain relief. Treat it as urgent rather than something to live with, since a conductor that has broken inside its jacket is an electrical hazard and not merely an inconvenience. The factory cable restores steady power to the vacuum and to any powered nozzle running from it.

The cable is one link in a chain, and knowing the rest of it saves ordering the wrong part twice. At the machine end it terminates in the cord rewind unit, which SEBO numbers separately for each platform — 665613E, 665633ER and 665603E — and from there the internal wiring carries current to the board and on to the motor. A machine that is completely dead with a cable testing good sends you to those parts next. Where the plug passes out through the shell it is trimmed by a plug surround, listed as 6622GS in gray black on the K platform and 6007DG in dark gray on the C.

One thing this cable is not is a cord set you can substitute from another machine. SEBO specifies it by finish as well as by fitment, and the gray-black jacket is what matches the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium bodies along with the C3.1.
