Bissell Axle Rear Wheel 357...

Product details

This rear axle replaces the worn original on Bissell 3576, 71Y7 Powerforce, and a wide range of related upright vacuums, part number 2032547.

The rear axle carries both back wheels, and when it bends or wears at the wheel mount, the vacuum pulls to one side, rocks when pushed, or drags rather than rolling freely. A straight, correctly sized replacement restores even, easy rolling across carpet and hard floors alike. It is worth checking the wheel itself for a flat spot or cracked hub too, since a damaged wheel can mimic the same symptoms as a bent axle.

  • Fits: Bissell 1739, 3522, 3530, 3574, 3575, 3593-2, 3594, 3595, 3596, 46E5, 6582, 6584, 6590W, 6594, 71Y7, 71Y71, 71Y72, 71Y73, 73G8, and other models in this compatibility group.
  • Part: rear wheel axle, part number 2032547.
  • Replace when: the machine pulls to one side, a rear wheel wobbles, or a wheel has come loose on the shaft.
  • Also check: the wheel itself, since a cracked wheel hub can produce the same wobble as a bent axle.

This axle covers a long list of Bissell uprights, which is what makes checking your own model number worth the minute it takes. The number is on the data plate, and it has to appear in the group above for the axle to seat correctly.
