Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM DCF4 and DCF18 HEPA filter (Part #F927, also sold as #21-2319-07) fits the Eureka 4700A and 4702A and the Sanitaire 4700A and 4702A bagless uprights. It intercepts dust, pollen, and fine particulate before it escapes through the exhaust.

A clean filter is one of the biggest factors in vacuum performance. As it clogs, it strains the motor and cuts cleaning power, and a grey or packed filter also lets fine dust back into the room. A fresh OEM element restores airflow and clean exhaust.
