HiZero Brush Roll Motor - B...

Product details

The brush roll on the HiZero F803 Bionic Mop has its own motor, and this is it: part MOTORBRUSHROLL, the drive that turns the cleaning roller.

When it begins to fail, the roller slows before it stops. Cleaning turns patchy, the machine leaves a wet trail rather than lifting it, and heavier soil is smeared instead of picked up. A motor that has failed outright leaves the roller completely still while the rest of the machine carries on as normal, which is a useful way to separate this fault from a water problem.

Rule out the simple things before ordering. Hair wound tight around the roller ends, or a roller that is not seated properly in the head, will both stall a healthy motor. Disconnect the machine from power and empty the tanks before opening the head, and confirm the model badge reads F803.
