Part B224-0314B is the household-duty motor cord supplied in a modified length. This is the internal lead carrying power from the switch to the motor, cut and terminated for the shorter run that the household build uses rather than the longer commercial routing.
Internal cords are a wear item on any upright that gets folded, stored and dragged around a doorframe. The break is usually at a flex point inside the body rather than out at the plug, so a machine that cuts out when the handle moves is often solved with a fresh lead instead of a new switch or motor.
