SEBO Complete Swivel Neck for ET-1 and ET-2 Power Heads — Gray Black

Where the wand meets the floor head, one moulded joint has to pivot, lie down flat and pass both air and current at the same time. That joint is the swivel neck, and 2307GS is the complete gray black assembly for ET-1 as well as ET-2 power heads, shown at position 113 in the ET 1 / ET 2 power head diagram and again at position 113 in the FELIX diagram.

Failures here read as a head that will not recline properly, a nozzle that resists turning, or brush drive that comes and goes as the joint articulates. That last one is the clearest signal, because the conductors running through the neck flex at the same point on every stroke and eventually fatigue where the moulding bends hardest. Mechanical wear arrives alongside it: the pivot loosens, the head starts to feel vague on corners, and in bad cases the neck will no longer hold the head at the lowest reclined position for under-furniture work.

Because the part ships as a full assembly there are no clips or bushings to salvage from the damaged one. Note how the internal leads are dressed before removal so the replacement goes back on the same routing, and check the neck supports on either flank while everything is apart, since a cracked brace produces very similar symptoms. Those are parts 2311 on the right and 2312 on the left, and both are quick to test by flexing them once they are off the machine. Light gray ET-1 heads take neck 2307HG instead of this one.
