Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
Just the bar, not the whole rear group: part 5053 is the plain axle running across the chassis of an AUTOMATIC X or ESSENTIAL G upright, carrying the rear wheels on either end. SEBO shows it at position 118 in the AUTOMATIC X4/X5 exploded diagram.
This is the part to order when the wheels and pedal are still sound but the bar itself has bent or worn where it turns, which is what makes an upright drag to one side or roll unevenly across a hard floor. A bent axle is easy to confirm once the machine is on its side: the wheels will not sit in the same plane, and one of them will show a rub mark on the housing where it has been running out of true. On its own it is a much smaller job than swapping the whole rear group, and there is no reason to take more parts than the fault calls for.
The parts around it are all listed separately, which makes a targeted repair straightforward. The axle spring is 2010 and the retaining clamps are 2014 individually or 2014ER as a ten pack, worth having in the drawer since they are easy to lose during the job. The orange release pedal is 5059OR. If the wheels and pedal have gone as well, the complete rear assembly is 5051GS in gray black for the AUTOMATIC X machines and 5051HG in light gray for the ESSENTIAL G.
