Dirty tank cover assembly in lime for the Bissell CrossWave 1785, part 1608697. It is the complete lid for the recovery tank, the one holding back the dirty water and debris the machine has just picked up.
Covers get dropped. They also get levered off with a thumb in the same spot a few hundred times, which is where the tabs eventually crack. Once the lid no longer clamps down evenly the tank cannot hold vacuum, and the two symptoms arrive together: a machine that stops recovering water properly, and a slow leak from the lid onto the floor you are cleaning.
Because this is the assembly rather than a bare shell, the seals arrive fitted. Rinse the tank rim before seating it and make sure the lid closes without needing force.
