This genuine OEM Bissell end cap carries the edge brushes for the 1548 ProHeat and fits Bissell 1548, 1550, 1551, 3579, and the wider 15481 through 1550V range listed for the machine. The cap closes the end of the brush housing and holds the edge brushes that reach cleaning right up to baseboards.
A cracked or broken end cap loses its seal and can let the edge brushes sit loose or fall away, which leaves streaks of uncleaned carpet along the edges. Installing the correct factory cap re-seals the housing and returns full edge-to-edge cleaning.
- Fits: Bissell 1548, 1550, 1551, 3579 and related 15481 to 1550V models
