Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

The face that rides against the floor takes more punishment than any other surface on an upright. Part 20204ER is the light gray front bottom plate for the SEBO 370 COMFORT, the leading section of the sole that meets the carpet or hard floor on every pass.
Scuffing is cosmetic and entirely normal. Gouges, warping and cracked edges are not. A distorted plate breaks the seal the nozzle needs against a hard floor, so air enters where it should not and the airflow that ought to be lifting soil at the front of the head leaks in around the damage instead. A sharp lip is worse still: on a finished timber or vinyl floor it will score a line on every stroke, and the marks do not come out.
Fitting a new plate brings a tired machine back to its original glide and pickup, and it is the natural moment to check the parts it sits beneath. With the plate off, the brush roller and its end bearings are in plain sight, and a roller with bristles worn back below the sole opening is going to need attention regardless of how good the new plate is.

One thing worth knowing before ordering: this is the front section of the sole rather than the whole underside, so a machine damaged further back will need a different number.
