Product details
Part 7064 is the harness SEBO designates ET internal wiring: the loom threading supply and switching down the inside of a DART, FELIX Premium or FELIX 2 Premium. It appears at item 2 on the DART sheet, right at the head of the drawing, since practically every electrical component below depends on what this loom delivers.
The sheet also shows where it hands over. At item 114 the swivel neck wiring 0876ER continues the run into the neck, and at item 125 the micro safety switch 0880 sits in that path; beyond them the supply reaches the power head. Nothing in a loom like this stays still. It bends with each movement of the handle, spends its life beside a motor cycling between hot and cold, and is pinched by a clip at every change of direction. Given enough years, individual strands snap inside insulation that shows no mark at all, and crimps quietly loosen.
What the owner sees is a fault with no fixed address: running one minute, silent the next, alive again after the handle is moved or the neck swung across. Hunting that down with a meter takes a long time, and mending one broken conductor in an old loom generally buys a few months before the next one goes. A new harness closes the chapter.
- Part number: 7064
- Fitment: SEBO DART, FELIX Premium and FELIX 2 Premium
- Description: ET internal wiring loom
- Diagram position: item 2, DART sheet

Take photographs of the run before anything is pulled out; clip positions and the sequence in which conductors cross are impossible to reconstruct once the loom is loose on a bench. Pull the plug first and keep it out for the duration. Genuine SEBO harness from an authorized SEBO dealer, dispatched in 2-5 business days.
