Bissell CleanView Helix Brush Roll - 82H1, 13.5 Inches

A 13.5-inch replacement brush roll for the Bissell CleanView Helix, part 2032448, fitting the 82H1 and the 95P1. It is the full-width agitator behind the nozzle opening, and on a Helix it does most of the work of pulling embedded grit up out of carpet pile.

Judge it on the bristles rather than on age. Rows that have bent over, worn short or melted at one end have stopped reaching into the pile, and the machine will leave fine debris and pet hair behind however slowly you push it. Grinding or squealing points at the end bearings instead, which is the same replacement.

Fit it with the belt clear and the roll ends seated square, and cut away wrapped hair every few weeks afterwards. That, more than anything, is what takes brush rolls out early.
