SEBO Motor Pulley for ET-1,...

Product details
Drive reaches the brush roll through a small pulley on the motor shaft, and 2319 is that pulley. Once the groove polishes smooth or the hub loses its grip on the shaft, the belt begins slipping under load: brush speed falls away the moment the head meets carpet, and belts start wearing out sooner than they should.
SEBO places it at position 138 in the ET 1 / ET 2 and FELIX diagrams, and at position 135 in the DART diagram. The symptoms are easy to confuse with a stretched belt, which is why the pulley is so often overlooked. The distinguishing signs are a bright, mirror-polished groove where the surface should still have some texture, black belt dust packed around the motor mount, and a fresh belt that starts slipping again within weeks of being fitted. A pulley turning on its shaft rather than with it is the clearest case of all, and it usually announces itself as a brush roll that stops under load while the motor keeps running.
This is worth renewing while a head is already stripped for a belt or bearing job, since the access is the same and a worn pulley will chew through a new belt. Fitment is broad: the SEBO FELIX Premium, FELIX 2 Premium, DART, 370 COMFORT and C3.1 along with the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium, covering ET-1 and ET-2 power heads in switched and unswitched form.
