Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Red ET-1 heads take this upper shell, ordered as 2326DR. It is the moulded lid that closes over the belt, pulley and wiring run inside the nozzle, and it is what gives the head its finished colour.

Covers tend to fail mechanically long before anything underneath them does. A locating tab snaps and the shell stops sitting flush, a screw boss splits so the fastener no longer pulls it down, or an edge scuffs through after enough contact with baseboards. None of that stops the head cleaning straight away, but a cover that no longer closes properly lets hair and grit reach the drive components it was there to keep clean, and a loose shell rattles at speed. The other common reason to order one is cosmetic, on a machine that works perfectly but has taken a knock somewhere visible.

Fitment covers ET-1 power heads with or without the on/off rocker, and SEBO also lists this cover against the AIRBELT E3 Premium, AIRBELT K3 PREMIUM and C3.1. Colour is the ordering decision, so match the shade against your own head before buying rather than relying on a photograph; the graphite gray black shell for the same head is part 2326GSET. Check that every locating tab engages before running the screws down, because forcing a cover that is not seated is what breaks the next one. With the shell off it is worth clearing hair from around the pulley and checking the belt, since neither will be this accessible again until the cover comes off a second time.
